Bloating lasting a long time

What could Bloating that lasts a long time be caused from? It is very discomfort. Yesterday I ate some pizza, and every since then I have been boated pretty bad. for 24 hours now. Not sure if it is from the pizza, or if its a bowl blockage, or ulcer, or hernia? It is not bad painful, just bad discomfort. And it worries me. I am about 4 years post op. I haven't put ANY food in my stomach at all today. Any ideas?
