DR. LOUISE MARTIN OF NEW ORLEANS, LA does anyone know his prices?

My husband is considering going to see Dr. Martin and he wanted to know if anyone has gotten this surgery by him and if so would you know any prices? He will be self pay so if you know of any other Dr. in the Louisiana area that has good self pay options and has done many of these surgeries please let me know. We live 50 miles from New Orleans so that is why we are looking for someone close just in case.
