SELF PAY, IS THERE ANYONE WHO KNOWS OF A DISCOUNT INSURANCE I CAN GET TO HELP PAY?

I am self employed and I have no insurance, I am looking into this surgery and I have heard of those discount insurances that give you a certain percent off any medical proceder and I am just checking to see if anyone would recommend any certain company that I should look into?
