can my gastric bypass affect how my thryoid medication is absorbed

I have been on sythroid, then armor thyroid and I am now taking levothyroxine. For all intents and purposes my thryoid is non functional according to my lab results. I take my medication early in the morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water and wait at least 3 hours before drinking or eating anything.
