Two Weeks Out: Protein is making me sick, will my hair fall out?

I just had surgery two weeks ago, and the protein supplements is making me nauseated. I am not losing any weight, and the NUT says it is because I can't take protein. What's worse, I am scared to death my hair is gonna fall out. Is that what causes the hair loss?
