Poll... How many DX infertile before RNY, had a baby after?

I am considering RNY- 262 lbs, TTC since 1997, 2 failed IVFs with a search of one last possibility of having a child. How many of you had a similar journey and after RNY had a baby? How long after surgery did you concieve? For those who had this success, please share your journey with me. Thank you in advance for your response.
