No will to eat at all!!

I have been having a problem for a few weeks. I don't want to be bothered to eat. Most of the time it hurts to eat and I have been over and over this with my doctor and nut with no results. Nothing tastes good anymore. I am so picky and am never hungry. I have lost 75lbs since 9/08 and am happy but I throw up alot and I guess my mind is starting to associate food with pain and I don't want it. I have been on several medications to help digestion with no results. Any advise would be great. Thanks and God bless!!
