bad breath after DS surgery

I has a revision to the DS 5 minths ago and for the last 4 months I have had terrible breath coming from my digestive track. Will it ever go away? I have tried everything nothing works for more than 5 minutes. I am not in ketosis I eat at least 200 grams of carbs a day please help any suggestions?? Thank you Dee
