Poll: Do you wear a Medic-Alert Bracelet/Necklace Tag for WLS?

I am wondering if I should wear one, and would like to know if other people are wearing them? I've heard they need to specify that we've had RNY (or other WLS) and no NG Tube insertion, no NSAIDS, (anything else, I wonder?). Thanks!
