When will plateau break?????????

I am 10 weeks post opt and have lost 55 pounds, but the problem is that for the last 3 weeks I have not lost an ounce and I do not understand why??????? I am doing nothing different and it is very frustrating.......Please help me to understand what is going on and why????? And will I start losing again..........Thanks in advance for any and all help........Dianepic
