Hey guys -- I'd like to have a glass of wine.

Hi there everyone! In the first week of May, I'm coordinating a Sales Conference in California. On the first night, we're having a lovely dinner, at a place with an extensive wine list. This wine list has a really rare wine, and this may be my only chance to try it - ever! I'll be just over 3 months out, and while I doubt I'd even drink the entire glass (baby sips!), I want to know if you think the acid content in 2-3oz of wine will make the pouch AAANNNGRY. Lord knows we don't want that. I've got two co-workers at the ready, as well, who have supported me through this process, and they said if I get loopy on 2oz wine, they'd make sure I didn't get silly or anything -- but primarily, I want to be sure I don't hurt the pouchy. Any recommendations?
