I've been approved for lap-band!! Thank you Jesus!! :)

Hey Everyone I completed my 6-mo medically supervised diet last Tuesday. I been callining BCBS TRS Active care everyday since the day my Dr office said they submitted paperwork which was last Thurs evening. Finally today I spoke to a woman named Emily who confirmed I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR LAPBAND. She said Merry Christmas you got an early gift good luck hope all ends well!! I thanked her and called back 15min later & spoke to a woman named Sabrina who also confirmed. I'm still in shock! I can't believe it. I asked them for an approval # but they said they are in the process of generating my acceptance letter so I dont have an approval # yet and it had just been approved not even like 5min before. I called my Dr office & told them the news & they said they are awaiting the hard copy but will place me in the approved catergory so I can get pre-op test done. If anyone has any suggestions to me please feel free to pass them on. I dont have any complications or co-morbidities. Just fairly young (27) & severley overweight. Thanks to everyone Candice
