Anyone with experience w/ United Medical Resources?

Our company just switched to UMR & my surgeon has dealt with them before & said they are fair to deal with as long as I do every preqrequiste. Anyone have any trouble? I'm almost done with my 3month dr supervised diet & ready to submit everything after Monday- psych appt. Getting nervous. Thanks!
