Has anyone has a successful appeal when employer has exclusion?

I have many co-morbidities including spinal stenosis, hyper tension, sleep apnea, foot pain , severe arthritis of the right knee two previous hip replacement , depression, shortness of breath, and vascular insufficiency. Any hope?
