I need a WLS friendly PCP & PS friendly dermatologist and a chiropractor in NY

I am looking for a PCP(that has treated WLS patients),a dermatologist and a chiropractor that are sensitive, knowledgeable cooperative, and willing to write letters for their patients (I have future PS in mind). They need to be in Brooklyn or Manhattan (NY).
