Has anyone else felt a "lump" or some "thing" deep inside your private

ok, so the good news is my sex drive has come back. The freaky news is that while I was rediscovering myself I felt this hard thing deep inside me. Not where your G-spot is but opposite wall. I am wondering if I could be feeling some result of my rny. it seems to be in the middle of my lower abdomen or just above the groin area. It feels more like an object than a lump....if that makes any sense? Do you suppose they left an instrument inside me??? I doubt it. It feels like the end of pencil with an added erasure on it? Am I alone with this? You all have your homework assignment ;) please. HOw do I ask my Dr. about this?? -very anonymous
