if your thigh feels numb or asleep since surgery.....
I have seen this addressed but not the answer, here it is; MERALGIA PARESTHETICA is what it is called. Feelings like pins and needles on the outside of your thigh down to your knee. It is nerve damage most likely caused by a belt they strapped you to the operating table with too tightly. There is no cure, the nerve regenerates itself over time, can take a few weeks or over 1 year. Please let you Dr.s office know this. It is easily avoidable. I know this isn't a question, but I wanted to make sure it got into the library. Good luck all, Katie
