Anyone have the tongue pierced after surgery???

My thinking is this; 1) I think tongue piercings are sexy 2) more importantly I'm thinking it will give me a replacement for an obvious oral fixation. What better time than on pain meds and off work for a few weeks? Will you think me too romantic if I let you know I compare it to old world sailors who pierced their ears after making it around cape horn (I think) to mark their journey and victory.
