Any way to help cover costs?

I've looked through a great deal of the QA boards but have mostly been met with suggestions to go to Mexico or Europe to have surgery because it's cheaper. I'm a little hesitant to fly overseas to have surgery and would much rather have surgery closer to home (Colorado), in case of complications and for long term support. Does anyone know of anything at all that can help pay for surgery? Trials or something, anything!?
