Almost 2 weeks out RNY Laproscopic and odd pain?

Hello, I am curious if anyone else has experienced this..I am almost 2 weeks out on a Laproscopic Gastric Bypass and am having a lot of bloating, water/fluid retention and decreased urination and elimination in general. At first for the first week I had normal bowel habits and had diarrhea each day which I was told was normal. This week I don't have that each day and am quite gassy(sorry TMI)..I am not eating solids yet and start pureed foods on Friday. I am on 3 protein shakes a day(84mg of protein) and sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello/water. That's it. I am keeping active also which I know helps. The prob is all of my bandages are gone from my incisions and now the incision which is right under my breasts(very upper abdomen..rib cage area)looks ok however I can feel a bump under it and I have major pain if I lean over to pick something up from a sitting position or if I cough, sneeze, this causes major pain in the area. I have no pain anywhere else in my abdomen.I also have not lost a single pound since last Thursday(initially losing 7 lbs after surgery the first week). I called the doctors office and the nurse said if I don't have fever and the area is not red then just wait to see the doc this Thursday. But I am concerned because I am not losing any weight, I am not urinating as much as I used to,and feel very bloated in my clothes and all that. I am very discouraged and was in tears today. Should i be very concerned about this? I know it takes a while to heal but this is crazy. If I bend over i feel a sharp pain and burning int he area mentioned. I am rather large breasted(DDD) could this be putting pressure on the area too much? Fishing for answers..anyone can help at all? Thanks so much for taking the time to read my long post! Kristen
