too soon for surgery so anyone got any ideas on hiding huge fat apron

It is too soon to consider reconstructive surgery and the fat apron is extreme and causing lots of issues (infection, rash, noise and gets in the way of movement). Regular body shapers do not work just compress it against legs. Anyone got any suggestions?
