Anyone experience fatigue, dark circles under eyes, and dizziness?

I am a month post op and have been feeling really tired the last couple of days. I have dark circles under my eyes, and it doesnt matter how much sleep I get, I am still exhausted when I wake. I also was having problems with dizziness upon standing. I thought that my blood pressure might be too low so I stopped taking the blood pressure medicine this morning. My best friend had the surgery with me and she has not experienced any of this. I can admit that I dont think I am getting enough protein. I try to drink the shakes, but I am not very good at it when I am not working. Please let me know if anyone has experienced these problems or what it might be. Thanks!
