I have alot of gas

Hi everyone, I so glad about having this surgery(RNY). I have one question it is gas that's really smelly I can sure clear a room sorry for being so gross but my husband thinks something's wrong and hopes I can fix it. I tryed gas ex but it don't work can someone out there help me on this matter Hugs
