JUST CAME OUT OF RNY SURGERY!

i am 2 days post-op for an RBY bypass surgery and I feel so sick.. im always dizzy and i feel light headed,, the gas is killing me i dont know what to do'?? i really need to get through this phase!!! before i start to regret that i every had this operation!! support please??
