Anyone with infertility pre-op gotten pregnant and had successful pregnancy post op?

I've had several weigh-related fertility issues and am in the approval waiting stage of the wls process. I know that losing the weight will exponentially increase my fertility chances, but I'd love to hear from someone who has gotten pregnant and had a healthy and safe pregnancy/delivery after having wls.
