sharp pain between breasts when I drink anything! 2 days now

I am worried - canot drink anythng without SHARP pain. Could it be gas - and if so what meds can I use.Can I use Rolaids multi symptom or Gax X -- but how much can I take and how long - I am 4 weeks out and I need to stay hydrated!! walking is not helping - kind of scared as I can not drink nor eat without pain. thanks for the help!
