Has anyone had their band slip?

What are the signs or symptoms of knowing that your band has slipped? I have done great, but last week I cheated and now for almost a week, I cant eat or drink anything. also, I have the foamies, always have, but now I am getting a bile taste in the foam. Never experienced that before. I am not dehyddrated as I am still having to go pee, but am worried about not being able to even drink my water as I usually drink close to 2 gl/day. Im down to maybe 30-40 oz and alot of that is coming back. any suggestions?
