Is Lumpiness in body tissue normal?

8 months post op with sagging breasts. I don't mind, but I notice lumpiness, I had not noticed before. I also noticed lumpiness in my legs and arms. Is this cellulite or "fat islands". I've had mammograms that came back normal recently. I also had implants 30 years ago (Dow Corning saline). I am 64 and 8.5 months post op, 86 lb weight loss.
