4WKS OUT LAP RNY..DOWN 9 LBS???????
I EAT PROTEIN FIRST, AT LEAST 64 OZ WATER, DON'T SNACK, AND EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 MNS A DAY...I'M BEGINNING TO THINK I NEVER HAD SURGERY. I GUESS I'M ONE OF THE "LUCKY" ONES...I HAVE NOT BEEN SICK AT ALL AFTER SURGERY, AND EVERY FOOD THAT THE DRS HAVE GRADUATED ME ONTO, HAS BEEN FINE...NO PROBLEM. I'M GOING TO STEP UP MY EXERCISE TO SEE IF THAT HELPS, BUT CAN I TELL YOU ALL THAT I AM VERY DISCOURAGED? I TRY TO STAY OFF THE SCALE (EVIL SCALE), BUT I GO BACK TO IT EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE AND GET UNHAPPY AGAIN BECAUSE IT WON'T MOVE. I WAS LOSING MORE WEIGHT B4 SURGERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO? THE BARIATRIC NURSE SAID THAT THIS IS NORMAL, BUT I'M NOT BUYING IT. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM? THX
