CIGNA HMO denied me,

and I cannot find a surgeon in Texas who is with CIGNA HMO that will do a revision from a Vertical banded gastroplasy to the RNY. Do you know a surgeon who will do the revision and be in CIGNA HMO network? Texas would be best, but even West La. like in Shrevesport La. would be close enough for me to drive.
