BEEN APPROVED. I HAVE A 20% OUT OF POCKET WITH A CAP OF $900 THAT I WILL MEET WITH MY CARDIOLIGIST,PULMONARY,PSYCHIATRIST AM I JUST BEING TOO IMPATIENT? MY APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT UNTIL SEPTEMBER AND MY SURGEON IS BOOKING FOR SEPTEMBER NOW. I WANT THIS DONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!
