What type of diet does DR. GLADEN use for post ops?

I WOULD LIKE TO START BUYING THE THINGS THAT DR. GLADEN WILL REQUIRE ME TO HAVE WHEN I COME HOME. I AM ON SSI AND NEED TO BUY A LITTL AT A TIME. ALSO, HOW MUCH PROTIEN, VITAMINS, ETC. HELP!!!!
