HAD SURGERY 11MONTHS AGO,JUST FOUND OUT IM PREGNANT!!HELP

Please dont come down on me,Ive gotten it from my family already.in 11 months ive lost 96lbs,ive never been so healthy & happy.Now im embrassed to tell my doctor & afraid for my health.I want my pregnancy,but i am considering an abortion for heath reasons.I need straight,postive advise before i lose my mind.
