Need tummy tuck & arm reduction surgery. Will Aetna cover? Any Ohio surgeon referrals

Ive lost over 120lbs but my arms keep me in at least 2 sizes larger (tons of hanging skin!) Has anyone had the arm reduction surgery? How painful is it? How much downtime is required? Also how do I get the tummy paid for? I have quite a bit of hanging skin there as well, but need my insurance (Aetna) to cover it! I am in Columbus, OH. Any good surgeon recommendations????
