Getting scared reading so many posts about vomiting!

I have been reading all of the posts for over a month while waiting to complete all the requirements of precertification that my insurance requires and the word that keeps popping up is "vomit". I wouldn't have a problem with occasional vomitting knowing that it would cease eventually, but I just read so much on here about it, that I am getting a bit leary. I am going for lap band surgery as soon as my insurance ok's it.
