Why can't I keep anything down?

Came home from hospital yesterday. Drank Carn. Instant Breakfast and 3popsicles. Must have overdone it. Immediately started dumping. Have kept a glass nearby now for going on 10 hours. Everything is coming back up. All I have tried to swallow in the last 10 hours is Loratabd liquid and crushed ice. Have filled a 16oz cup twice now and can't sleep.
