BCBS of OKLA denied me because of exclusions, anyone have any suggestions?

I have been denied by BCBS of OK. I have four doctors that are saying it's a medical necessity. The insurance said that they will not pay even though it is a medical necessity. I have had a previous back surgery and needing another. My back surgeon will not operate due to my weight. I can not exercise due to back injuries. I need help desperately!
