Protein intake

Hi, I'm post op about 1 week, my doctor wants me to get 70 grams of protein in and I'm unable to. She also want me to intake 64 oz of water. I'm having a had time. I believe I can get the 72 oz of protein in a chewable do you know of any chewables that will allow me to get 72 oz of protein
