Psych Eval needed

First of all, thank you all for your advice on not using a psychiatrist who is requiring 8 visits before she would give me clearance. Now I'm looking for a doctor in the Long Island, NY area, who will do a clearance for me. My problem is I need a doctor who will give me an appointment quick. Any recommendations? I will also go to Queens. Thanks!!
