I posted this earlier but I do not think I was clear enough on my question

I had rny done on Jan 27, 2002 in houston, tx performed by dr wongsa--he was supposed to take my gallbaldder out at the same time but he forgot and i had to go back 2 years later and have him remove that. I started out at 435lbs and made it down to 284, ever since my original surgery i have had severe constipation, having bowel movements that are very hard--i wold tell him and he would yell at me and said i was just eating the wrong thing, i went back to him when the pain continued he says that he would perform a revision on me for free, i just had to take care of hospital bill, of course uhc denied me--i just gave up. I started to live on vicodin for the stomach pain and hoped for a bowel movement at least 1 a week. I have taken every over the counter laxative and precriptions,,feb 11 this year I had the lapband put on and the dr told me from dr wonga's report that he did not put my bowel back behind the colon that it was in the front of the colon--he never mentioned this to me, he never told me anything about my colon being put somewhere else--do you think this has contributed to my severe constipation and is this standard on super obese patients? i was informed of alot of risks and complications but not anything about colon being rearranged. MY new dr is ordering me a colonoscopy to see if i have had a bowel obstruction all these years. I am just curious if this is standard in RNY. Thanks
