One year out of lap band surgery

I am one year out of lap band surgery. I have lost 116 lbs. Does anyone with this time frame still have a few times of vomiting or the "foamies". I do not vomit all the time. Maybe I am so hungry I eat too fast. Just how small a bite is considered the right size? My doctor has loosened my band so that I will begin to slow down losing weight. I
