Can you please suggest a good protein shake?

I just found out that my insurance was approved, and that the surgeon's office is scheduling surgery for the first week in December. I've had some abnormal kidney results come back, and have read that it could be related to Slim Fast. First, does anyone know if that's true. Secondly, can anyone suggest a good protein shake? The surgeon's office is closed for Thanksgiving, so I believe that I'm supposed to be on a liquid diet, but I'm not sure what I should be consuming. I want to lose the 10 lbs. before surgery, but the dietician hasn't called back. Thanks for any suggestions from those who know!
