PLEASE HELP!! WHAT DOES THE STAGE 3 DIET CONSIST OF???

I am 4 days post op and my doc said not to advance past stage 3 until I see him on October 29, 2007. The list provided only says that I can have Full Clear Liquids. Strained cream of chicken soup ( if I eat anymore of it I'll vomit), egg drop soup, protein shakes, chicken or beef broth, and any other liquid, i.e. water, crystal light, plain coffee or tea, diet gelatin, etc. HELP!! I'M STARVING!!
