I am looking to find a good doctor to perform LAP BAND.

I am in Canada but would be prepared to travel to have the procedure done if I cannot find one nearby. Would like to know if there is anyone in Montana who does it. Also, has anyone had it done in Mexico...any comments? Thanks os much.
