i live in Ma does anyone know if the uncompensated care pool covers the surgery?

I have a policy under Ma health, which is called the uncompensated care pool.. It is for people who are not eligable for ma health but can have this with a deductible. It is kind of like free care I think???? anyways under this plan Ma general hospital is one of the hospitals who take this plan.. do you think they may cover the surgery??? any help with be greatly appreciated thank you
