Brigham Young University Revision

I am wondering if there is anyone who has had the "office procedure" revision performed at Brigham Young. I have some questions: 1) How overweight were you to be considered for the procedure? 2) If you were self-pay, how much did it cost (from first appointment to last checkup)? 3) How much weight have you lost since the procedure? 4) Do you dump, did you before you had the revision? 5) Has the amount you can eat returned to what it was after the first RNY? 6) Were you able to return to work immediately? Any other comments would be greatly appreciated.
