I am scheduled for my first appointment on Monday, any suggestions?

This is the forth step in the process, seeing the program manager before making an appointment to see the surgion. This appointment is my first offical weigh-in. Clearing up paperwork information. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I am 23 BMI 40.9 246 pounds.......
