Need to lose weight before surgery

My approval process took four months and I have gained about 20-25 lbs. The doctor's office said if I had gained any weight, the doctor would cancel me. My next appointment is 9/24. Anybody can help me to lose this weight in two weeks??? (without fasting, I'm diabetic) I'm new here, how do you find an angel?
