I have no energy, any suggestions

I will be 7 months post-op on the 18th and I have no energy By the end of my work day which begins at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m. I am so tired, I have lost 94 lbs to date. I am ready to go to bed around 7:00 at night. I have been on iron for about 3 weeks and I went to my Pcp on Monday and got a B-12 shot. I will try anything to feel more normal.
