Who has had Kaiser's decision overturned by DMHC?

Since 01-01-2001 California's Dept of Managed Healthcare has completed 30 Independent Medical Reviews. 24 cases denied by HMO's were overturned by the DMHC. The 6 that were not...4 were approved but wanted duodenal stitch instead of Roux-en-Y procedure, 1 had an eating disorder, and 1 the DMHC said 6-12 month was appropriate.
